Church School and Youth Programs at NECC

Church School (PreK-6th grade) is a fun and safe place for children to learn about God and grow in their faith weekly during our 10:00 AM church service. The children will begin in church and then will be dismissed for Church School following “Time with Children” in church. Fun and energetic lessons are created that stimulate interest and interaction, while growing ones faith. The children’s program takes place from approximately 10:15 AM-11:00 AM.
*Summer Adventure takes place from June through the first week of September during our 10:00 AM service. This program is open to children (PreK-4th grade). The theme for each summer is created and written to peak interest while focusing on fun. Some of our Summer Adventure themes have been: Art in Our Lives, Passport to the World, Fruits of the Spirit, and more. Hope your children will join us on our next adventure.

Confirmation students (7th & 8th grade) will meet twice per month (Sept.-May) in the Youth Room on Sunday mornings during the 10:00 AM service. New England’s Confirmation program encourages participants to explore their own faith through bi-monthly class discussions, outings, service opportunities, and more. In addition, second year confirmation students will also participate in our mentor program. On the Sunday mornings the confirmation students meet, class will begin at 10:00 AM and will conclude at approximately 11:00 AM.

Our Senior High program (9th-12th grade) meets immediately after church on Sunday mornings from 11:05-11:50 AM in the Youth Room located in the Church School Hallway.  The Senior High program focuses on nurturing one’s faith by making strong connections with one another through weekly gatherings and participation in a variety fun and service outings throughout the year.
