Church Boards
Working Together in Faith and Service
New England Congregational Church is governed through a collaborative structure founded in congregational participation. Several boards, each composed of church members, oversee key areas of church life and ministry.
Board chairs are members of the Cabinet–led by a moderator and moderator-elect–that provides coordination and leadership across the congregation.
This structure reflects our commitment to the active involvement of members in the governance and ministry of the congregation
